Warnings Over Cancer From Swine Flu Vaccine

New warnings are now circulating online over the safety of the intended swine flu vaccines that are being tested.  After looking at the background of the World Health Organisation, when they say that they are concerned over the safety of the fast-tracked vaccine for swine flu – we should all stand up and listen.

This is exactly what has happened with the latest news that the UK would get the new vaccine a full two months ahead of the US and be the first country in Europe to get the swine flu vaccine.  The WHO has raised concerns about the safety of the vaccine with Dr Keiji Fukuda stating that he was concerned over the safety of untested vaccines.  The Department of Health hit back claiming that it was “irresponsible” to suggest that the UK would use unsafe vaccines.

When this story broke, the comments section of the online version seems to have taken a negative turn with many stating that they will take their chances with the flu rather than risk their health with the vaccine.  With the US taking a more cautious approach to the vaccine, insisting that clinical human trials are done before it’s release, the UK opinion seems to be a feeling of being a testing ground for the human trials.

News of the 1976 outbreak of Swine Flu is still fresh in the minds of people who remember the mass vaccinations that caused more deaths than the outbreak.  They are also major concerns over the safety of the swine flu vaccine in Germany where a doctor has expressed his concerns over the vaccine there stating a cancer link risk.
